Absences: Only attended classes are counted toward the tuition, or students may attend any offered age appropriate class if they are unable to attend the one for which they are registered. Please notify me if your child is unable to attend. I will notify you by email if classes are cancelled for any reason. Weather Policy: ARTmakers will follow the inclement weather policy for Fairfax County Public Schools. Since the roads here in Lake Barcroft are often worse than the main streets, I will email you if classes are cancelled.
Tuition: Tuition is to be remitted at the beginning of each group of lessons Payment Methods: Cash, Check made out to Stephanie Kozemchak.
Cancellation Policy: I reserve the right to cancel, or increase tuition, for any class, that does not meet the minimum enrollment of four students by six days prior to the start date. If a class is cancelled, enrolled students are entitled to transfer to another offering without penalty (applying their paid tuition towards the new class) or may request to receive a full refund.
Refund Policy: Class refunds are given minus $15 if the refund is requested in writing (i.e. letter or e-mail) by one day prior to the first day of a class. Any requests for refunds must be made no later than one week prior to the start of class
